All notices from THE KUDU HORN to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to THE KUDU HORN shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, THE KUDU HORN ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Normally orders are processed in a minimum of 14 days and can take up to 21 days from the next business day depending on orders from in country and out of country as wood badge courses arise. 

KUDU HORNS
The Kudu Horns will vary in size and color as no two horns are ever alike even when they come from the same Kudu Antelope. Most horns will measure between 39 inches up to 44 inches depending on availability from West Africa. The horns will be clean and have gone thru a strict sterilization process and sealed with Polyurethane on the inside. Worm holes may be present on a horn but that is indigenous of any horn. Jagged edges and wear may be present as a Kudu antelope may have fought with other animals or antelopes so we do our best to smooth out these surfaces.

Only applies to purchases made within The State of Florida

CLAIMS AND RETURNS 

All claims for shortages, damages etc. must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Absolutely no returns on custom engraved ,printed or decorated merchandise such as its the case with custom Kudu horns, Leather sling and personalized brass halter tag,  The Kudu Horns are prepared only on a prepaid basis and we are not responsible for imperfections on a horn as they were made by nature and not man. Some Kudu horns may have cuts which in most cases is due to natural wear and tear or from Kudu Antelopes fighting other antelopes in their natural habitat in Africa. Worm holes are unavoidable and may be present in some kudu horns.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any natural kudu horns unless damage occurred during shipping of which we have insurance coverage with carrier and a proper claim will be filed with carrier. This reimbursement process takes up to 45 days to complete.

In the event that an item is authorized there will be a 15% restocking fee for a Leather sling or Bugle.

Due to Hygienic reasons a Kudu Horn may not be returned after it has been received and used.
